Further to the newsletter and recent facebook post here are some details about this years PECO season.
The Races
Race 1 – Hyde Park Harriers supported by “Other” – Middleton Park – 25th Nov
Race 2 – Saltaire Striders supported by Us – Temple Newsam – 16th Dec
Race 3 – Kirkstall Harriers supported by Horesforth – West Park – 6th Jan
Race 4 – Tbc – Tbc 20th Jan
Race 5 – Chappel Allerton Runners supported by Roundhay – Roundhay – 3rd Feb
Relays – Hosted by WY League venue tbc – 31st March
Entry
This year entry will be online via Racebest, a link will be available from the PECO homepage shortly and entry opens on October 15th.
There are 2 options for entry;
Season Ticket £14 covering race number and all races
Single Entry £7 (covering race number and 1 race)
Subsequent race £4 (just the cost of the race)
The season ticket option closes on the 15th of November (to allow time to print race numbers for race 1).
Race numbers can be collected from club captains at the first race (or subsequent races depending on what you are running).
Also as a result of Kippax supporting Valley Striders in the running of race 2 we have taken the decision to move the club championship from race 2 to race 1 (to give everyone the opportunity to run).
Therefore the qualifying club championship race will be 25th November at Middleton Park.
